Then teams gain insight into their effectiveness. Team Effectiveness Questionnaires highlight which areas could benefit from additional development .
This gives the team a baseline score to to work from and brings awareness to team dynamics and team culture. Surveys can be compared across teams and periodically repeated to track uplift.

Developing the individual alongside the team is a critical element in achieving high-performance.
Every Jyre user has access to thirty-four, 5-week development plans that take just 15-20 minutes each day.
Users can choose from any of the identified strengths they wish to develop and start working through a plan.
Every plan has pulse points throughout to check progression.
